All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Perfect Printing. We give all customers plenty of time to ask questions, review proofs, confirm orders and inspect products before leaving the store. Many times upon request, we’ll send pictures of products (if needed) for those clients that have products shipped. We take time throughout the entire order process to communicate very well with all orders (big or small). We don’t offer in house store credit. All sales are final.
